Robi lured my wife and I in to sell our properties with fake promises just so he could get the sales of our properties, like a typical slimy real estate agent. He sent an email to me (and many other people with all of our email addresses showing as Robi does not know how to bcc people in an email - wow), saying that he could sell our properties on his database at a premium price. To keep things short, of course, this did not happen. Instead, we went through absolute hell with him and more so with his agency, dealing with horrendous individuals such as Ashok and Mithu. Robi asked me several times the lowest price I would accept and each time I gave the same answer. Surprise surprise, both my wife’s and my property sold for the lowest amounts we said, and on top of that, many times he tried to sell my property for much cheaper, despite me having to keep telling him NO. It was only because of ME that my property sold for the price it did. I’m not the sales agent, you are!!!!!! My wife was pregnant and he was harassing us non stop too bombarding us with calls, text messages and emails. He thinks I’m silly and sweet talking me calling him his brother will make me use him to sell another property (which was going to happen at first, but not after our horrific experience with him), but I will be making it my mission in life to ensure Robi and the rest of the “agents” at his office have their licenses revoked. I could go on forever about our disgraceful ordeal but I will run out of space here. DO NOT USE ROBI OR LAND AND LEASE REALTY FOR ANYTHING.
