This was a sale of Mum's family home at Toowong after she passed away last year . I was tasked to manage the sale as Executor of her Will to distribute proceeds to Mum's children as Beneficiaries. There were delicate matters to consider. My Sister had moved back to the property to live with Mum some time earlier and would need full consideration for relocation to her own place in the sale and settlement arrangements. After short-listing a few agents to conduct the sale , I interviewed Robin and realised very quickly that Robin at Belle would be the ideal selection . There were many reasons for selecting Robin as Belle to handle the sale: property market insights , sales track record and experience selling similar types of property and situations (Deceased Estate ), her sophisticated analytical style, empathy and communication skills . Always incredibly focussed and dedicated to the campaign , Robin (and Sam) expended much time & energy in holding a large number of open inspections with interested parties during the 4 - week marketing campaign leading to a VERY successful Auction outcome for the Estate and Beneficiaries. Concern for my Sister's situation was uppermost in their execution at all times. Also they were incredibly effective as selling agents in my circumstances as Executor/Personal Representative - living and working in Sydney and extremely tied up with work at my Tech company. Agent to seller/client communication from Robin during the campaign was excellent throughout. I am grateful to them and so happy to have selected Belle and Robin.
