Robin and I have had an association over a number of years, initially when he was with another company. I have found over that time he was always willing to provide quality information about the market and what I could expect to realise if we sold at a particular time. Robin Waterbury has been wonderful throughout the sales process. In the beginning we contacted Robin and asked him some questions about various options for our property, what I expected to be a five minute phone call, become a relaxed meeting at out place with Robin more than happy to discuss options and give advice. We did not go ahead with the sale of our property at that time and pursued a alternative direction for awhile. A few months later we changed our mind and Robin had our home sold almost before the paint dried.
