I think my answer to the above review speaks volumes for our trust in Robin 's ability to sell properties.

Robin is an excellent communicator and more importantly someone who listens to his clients. He may present an alternative view to assist clients using his wealth of knowledge experience an understanding of purchases psyche. He done very well to sell our house during the COVID 19 lockdown, with the purchaser buying the property unseen due to the restrictions. Thoroughly recommmend robin and his team

During a difficult time in the world, Robin did an excellent job of getting prospective buyers to inspections. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in advising us of the best approach to sell our home and his communication to us after each inspection was excellent. This is the second home Robin has helped us with, 10 years apart, so it was an easy choice when selecting an agent.

I have been prompted several times to write this review, to which I was reluctant. As a first home buyer, I'm overall disappointed with the experience given by Fletchers Croydon, particularly as it progressed. I felt like a small fish in a big pond for several reasons. Firstly, my phone calls or requests to the Agent often went unanswered. I had to follow up on questions on more than one occasion, and often was left in the dark for several days; I felt like I wasn't taken seriously as a buyer. Secondly, I wasn't given the opportunity to put a sold sticker on the advertising board. It may seem silly, however it is special for me as a first home buyer to take a photo with the sticker in front of my new home. I had called the Fletchers office a few weeks after signing the contract to request a sticker. After picking it up from your office, when I arrived at the property, sticker in hand, to my great dismay I was greeted with one that had already been put up on the board. Thirdly, there was no acknowledgement or celebration of this milestone, such as a bottle of wine or any sort of gesture from your office. Again it may seem insignificant however it added to my feeling of being a 'small fish' despite purchasing a $450,000 home. I'm glad the sale was finalised, because I do love my new home, however Fletchers could have made it a more exciting experience.
