The proceedings on 15/03 settlement day have been disappointing from our point of view. We attended a meeting with our solicitor at 1:30 to sign our final contract papers ready for execution. No other party was present. Earlier at 11 am we observed a pre-sale-house-inspection with Robon. She advised us that we could pick up the house keys at the main office of Collliers Agency at 3:00pm, one of the reception stuff handed us a mixture of 20+ keys wrapped in a envelope. No further commend. As final statement I informed our Solicitor that we are in doubts. We have not received he original Title document from this property and we have not being informed by any person responsible for that matter. Further more we noticed that the town gas supply as well as the electric power connection was still active from the seller and previous owner. We have not being reimbursed by the seller for their consumption before the take over on the 15/03 nor has there be any readings presented to us whether by Mrs Jones nor by any agent.
