We moved away from Mackay due to work commitments and she looked after our house well, including organising everything that needed to be done for the sale. Well my unit was originally listed at 200,000 for sale, an offer came in at 175,000, robyn said be patient steve yours is one of the best units at the list price, please regent offer, which I did. We both agreed to draw up a new contract for sale this time listed at 209,000. After a lot of hard work and patience by robyn, a buyer was found and the price of sale to the new owner was 205,500. Robyn displayed a totally professional approach to the sale of my unit and I would recommend her to any potential seller of properties being conducted through hugh reilly or any other real estate firm she find herself employed at.
