I have never given 5 stars for any service review before however, in Robyn's case, it's thoroughly deserved. Being residential developers, we have used many different agents over the last 7 years and I can confidently say that Robyn has been the best of the lot. She has a very good eye for detail, plans well and delivers as promised. Robyn's estimated sale range was the highest of the 3 agents we approached to sell our Torquay property and hers was the lowest comm rate. In the end the agreed contract price was higher than we had expected. All in all, a job very well done.
