I did some research of Real Estate Agents in the area, and from family and friends and Web Site checks I was recommended a couple of different services, I sent my nephew and his wife to check out Duncombe & Co. They reported back and said they had a good feeling about Robyn. I contacted Robyn and organised a meeting, first test PROMPTNESS, and Robyn arrived on time (tick). Sitting down with Robyn and talking, she passed the next test with flying colours and LISTENED to me and my ramblings (tick). Next she was able to show me previous sales in the area and local land prices, statistics and the like, she was very prepared for our meeting. PROFESSIONALISM (tick). In our meeting and our walk around the property and talks, Robyn was able to tell me what was needed to be repaired, upgraded, maintained, cleaned and painted to get the best price HONESTY (big tick). Robyn and I did phone meetings once a week for updates and projected concerns or resolutions and again listened to what I had to say, and above all OPTIONS. (tick) I have had more than an exceptionally positive experience with not only Robyn but her team, who I should add were more than FRIENDLY (tick) but were also very up to date with me and the property and the ongoing issues. Suffice to say the property went on sale and was sold a week later. Settlement was prompt and professional with my solicitor.
