Robyn and I did phone meetings once a week for updates and projected concerns or resolutions and again listened to what I had to say, and above all OPTIONS. (tick) I have had more than an exceptionally positive experience with not only Robyn but her team, who I should add were more than FRIENDLY (tick) but were also very up to date with me and the property and the ongoing issues. Suffice to say the property went on sale and was sold a week later. Settlement was prompt and professional with my solicitor. I have absolutely no hesitation or reservation in recommending Robyn Duncombe or any member of her team for your property sale.
