I did some research of Real Estate Agents in the area, and from family and friends and Web Site checks I was recommended a couple of different services, I sent my nephew and his wife to check out Duncombe & Co. Suffice to say the property went on sale and was sold a week later. Settlement was prompt and professional with my solicitor.
