Never having lived in the area we had to take a leap of faith when engaging an agent to sell our property. We found Robyn along with two other agents on line. After phone interviews with all 3 agents we decided to engage Robyn, one of our better decisions. She was prompt, professional and most important to us, kept us fully informed during the whole process. Just before our property was listed it suffered some damage. The insurance company approved and organised for the repairs but as we were unable to travel Mackay, Robyn volunteered to act for us, liaising with the builders and tradesmen. She kept us fully informed on the works progress and even advised on colour scheme and floor covering. Robyn made this very stressful event much more manageable, we cannot thank her enough.
