Thank you so much Robyn Flint for the high speed with which you acted on our purchase of our soon to be new home. We looked at the listed home on Friday morning, and made an offer. Robyn contacted the vendors who replied that there was already and offer and they would consider our in line with the previous offer. Lunch time Saturday we received the good news that a contract of sale have been received signed and we could rest easy. All paper work was expeditiously carried out by Robyn and in turn by us to see a successful conclusion. Two Real Estate Agencies have bent over backwards for us in the past few weeks.
