I had a very impressive and professional experience relating to a recent purchase of an investment property in Inverell. After initial viewing of the property on the First National website and discussing the property features, I travelled from interstate for an onsite inspection. Being interstate is not always easy to view a new purchase, negotiate with vendor, conduct building and pest inspections, conveyancing, then proceed with other legalities through to settlement. Along this journey I also spoke with other staff at First National who were just as supportive, responsive and provided feedback. They always answered my queries. In addition to making important financial decisions, I felt confident in leaving all the little things to First National staff, which normally, I could have attended to myself if I lived in town.
