Robyn actually gives the impression, rare for agents, that she has built a personal relationship with her vendors and cares very much about getting the best outcome possible for them - at the same time she’s not pushy with buyers - she genuinely listens to feedback, she had a detailed breakdown of information on the various works that had been carried out at the house, which she supplied in response to my questions, and she allowed us to take as much time as we needed on the three occasions she showed us through. The house price matched what our bank had assessed it was worth, which in our experience is not common in the Ocean Grove market. We were very satisfied with the whole sale process.
