Robyn did a fantastic job selling our house. We did set it at a high price and she back us all the way , she continued to gives us feedback on the market and the on potential buyers inputs after inspections. It was a tough job for Robyn, a falling market, bank tightening of funds, a general lack lustre market and a property that needed some help. Our property at 4 Beach Rd Balcolyn 2264 was a difficult challenge. It was a very large property (400 sq mtrs) for the area and was not water front , even though it had excellent views of Lake Macquarie . The 11 month sale process commenced with an unsuccessful auction (reserve not met), Throughout this 11 month period, Robyn worked tirelessly with many prospects. Throughout this period she was positive, friendly and professional. We did not get the price we would have liked, but it was our decision to cut the sale process when we did to get cash we needed at the time.
