Will definitely use Robyn next time we buy another house in Cairns. The sale of our house went very smoothly. As first time sellers she explained everything to us so clearly and was so helpful in every aspect. Thanks again Robyn.
Robyn is fantastic and was more than happy to work with us to secure the right property. Never had any issues with contacting her and asking questions. Would thoroughly recommend her and Cairns Property Office. If we ever sell we’ll certainly see if Robyn is still working so we can get the benefit of her professionalism again.
Robyn was extremely helpful right from our initial meeting through to settlement. Very professional but with that personal touch. Knew the market well and had offers within days of listing. Highly recommended. Thanks very much Robyn.
Robyn was always available to answer any of my questions (big or small) while selling this house, offering wonderful advice. Always kept me up to date with the whole sale process. I would definitely recommend Robyn selling a property.
Great experience once again! We bought our house from Robyn and CPO, then sold it 8 years later with Robyn and CPO. Honest, easy going and very professional service. Thanks again :)
Robyn was wonderful in keeping us informed and updated in our home purchase. She accommodated inspections when requested , answered calls out of hours for questions we had being first time buyers . Highly recommend her service as she is highly knowledgeable . The buying process went smoothly now we are proud home owners :)
Robyn was an extremely experienced realestate agent. Robyn opened my home for inspection on numerous weekends which helped to sell it quite quickly. She was always diligent in keeping me informed on opinions and interests from buyers weekly. Robyn worked efficiently to get me the price my house was worth. She was a friendly lady and easy to communicate with.
Time to say thank you Robyn Hawley-Whitton and all team at Cairns Property in Gordonvale & the Cairns office. Thank you for your professionalism in handling the sale of our home (of 30 years). Robyn Hawley-Whitton guided us through the open house process to the end. Robyn also took all the stress out of the purchase of our new home, when timing is everything. So nice to do business with a local with a high level of professionalism. Thank you.
