Robyn handled a protracted negotiating period with great understanding and patience towards both parties involved. She couldn't have been more helpful, extending a Saturday open inspection so I could thoroughly inspect the property with a builder, contacting the developer who owns an adjoining block regarding his intentions, and offering to help in ways beyond the norm. There was never any pressure and that was the best thing of all.
