On a Saturday morning at 12:31 AM I sent a text to NOOSA ZINC that I would like to make an offer on a property they would be opening at 11:00 AM & I wanted the seller to receive the signed Contract prior to that inspection. NOT a problem for Robyn , Opperman who started Texting me at 6:45 AM for ALL information necessary to make it happen ; including another 5 Texts to me before 9 AM , as well as do her other open house inspections. Her ZINC Team finalised the contract , sent my signed copy to my wife in Sydney , who copied , signed , had witnessed , scanned & returned it to ZINC in time for Robyn to present it to the owner , prior to Inspection. She followed through to Settlement & beyond & was always reassuring & honest with her responses. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.
