While I accept that real estate agents work primarily for the vendor, Robyn has always throughout this journey of purchasing 31 Miller Street Springton, kept my best interests at the forefront of her actions. This was a difficult property for anyone to act as agent to sell due to: *vendors absence overseas and when they were in Australia they were 100's of kilometres away, *the house was not presented for sale - it had not been lived in for more than 6 months and was dirty and not looking at its best, *it is definitely a "project" and one that will take a great deal of effort and money to restore it back to somewhat of its former glory, but that's what I've taken on and I'm happy about that. Robyn handled all this with apparent ease (although she may have been churning up inside her external demeanour was calm). She always returned my calls in a timely manner and when things needed to be done actually followed through with all parties to ensure that the sale process continued through to settlement which occurred yesterday 9/12/16. I would happily recommend Robyn to anyone who was considering real estate sale/purchase in the Adelaide Hills/Barossa regions.
