An unusual situation where the apartment was not really on the market but would be sold if the right price was offered. It was offered, but lock down in Melbourne meant disposing of surplus stuff, packing and cleaning up had to be managed remotely. The place had not been left in a state where a sale was anticipated so the task was challenging. Robyn did a terrific job in arranging disposal of surplus furniture, packing the rest and getting the place cleaned, tasks we would normally have done ourselves.
She was polite and supportive no heavy chasing. Always available and quick to respond to any questions that I had and her local knowledge has been amazing. She was able to give me all the finer points about the property which has made the whole process a pleasure.
