I have bought and sold 8 properties in the last 12 years and my most recent experience with Robyn Tait from Place Estate Agents, beats every other real estate agent I have ever worked with, hands down. Most importantly for me, I have absolute confidence that she achieved the best possible sale price for my home. She is a master negotiator thanks to her previous career as a lawyer and relentlessly negotiated on my behalf. She achieved a result tens of thousands higher than the estimated sale price of the first agent I engaged (a highly established local agent who I subsequently ‘sacked’ due to lack of performance).
