Good sales tactic! Due to unforeseen circstances the sale became a nightmare, no fault of Robyn, but fortunately for me Robyn was the agent who helped out myself with my young family (2month old daughter). Prevented us from being stranded and homeless by going the extra mile to assist with accommodation. My obligation to this sale had fallen through, Robyn helped out knowing I may not even be settling on this property.
