I initially had 4 evaluations and even though I had never met or heard of Rocco before I felt that he liked the ambience and floor plan of my house and pointed out things that the other agents didn't. Thus I thought he would market the house well. He also lives around the corner from me and obviously knows the area well. I was very pleased with the marketing campaign with him and his team and of course the outcome. He worked hard for me on auction day and I thank him very much.
