If more stars were possible I would of said 8 out of 5, him personally and the whole team at ray white mill park are friendly, helpful,and go out of there way to walk you thru the real estate process,he's also honest and trustworthy a real hard trait to find in real estate these days.. definitely recommend.
Rocco was very helpful throughout the whole process. He was regularly in contact with me regarding every open and peoples feedback. I would recommend his and his office to anybody looking to sell in the area.
All the way through the selling process, Rocco kept me informed about market trends, buyers/viewer's feedback and strategies that will be used to ensure a good outcome. Rocco worked very hard during the auction, to complete the process to ensure the best possible outcome. Olivia was also very professional and supportive throughout the campaign, she does her job very well. I did not enjoy the Auctioneers tactics (to me) during the post auction/ past in process.

Rocco is a great agent from the beginning right up to the end. He always reported back after each inspection of my house. We had a meeting half way through the campaign where he provided a written report of each person that came through my house. But most of all three days before the auction I had a big surprise where one of the buyers put in an another offer. Rocco was able to get the best offer out of the buyer an offer higher than what I expected considering at that time it was a buyers market and not a sellers market. I was very happy with that offer and that’s when my house was sold before the auction thanks to Rocco.
