Our association with Rocco Ranieri’s company Richardson & Wrench, Parramatta dates back to 1992 when the company became Managing Agents of our investment unit at Parramatta. Our complete satisfaction with the company’s professionalism, has always been the hallmark of our association. At the end of March 2022 we decided to sell our Unit and unhesitatingly selected Richardson & Wrench, Parramatta, with Rocco at the helm, as our Agent. Initially we had missed the “boom” period but persevered with the desire to sell. Selling a fifty plus year old Unit in a declining market was proving a difficult exercise.
