Our association with Rocco Ranieri’s company Richardson & Wrench, Parramatta dates back to 1992 when the company became Managing Agents of our investment unit at Parramatta. Our complete satisfaction with the company’s professionalism, has always been the hallmark of our association. At the end of March 2022 we decided to sell our Unit and unhesitatingly selected Richardson & Wrench, Parramatta, with Rocco at the helm, as our Agent. Initially we had missed the “boom” period but persevered with the desire to sell. Selling a fifty plus year old Unit in a declining market was proving a difficult exercise. Rocco kept us fully informed with the outcome of each of many inspections. Due to Rocco’s persistent marketing plan, a successful buyer was found at a price we were comfortable with. Rocco’s follow up at all times was indeed praiseworthy. At a time when much needed documentation had to be addressed, Rocco gave of his valuable time to visit our residence to have these matters attended to – the sign of a committed professional. Whilst we did not have the pleasure of meeting Emily Ranieri personally, she kept in touch regularly with us and proved an excellent contact with many communications advising at what stage we were up to with the sale of the Unit. These contacts were always much appreciated. In conclusion we were very satisfied with Rocco and Emily’s commitment and unhesitatingly recommend their service.
