Although Rochelle was the listing agent on the home I purchased, I never actually had any contact with her either in person, phone or email. This makes it difficult to rate her but based on the no contact I would have to say that I would not recommend her. The agent that worked with me in purchasing this property was Courtney Vardanega. Courtney was fantastic! She was extremely helpful when I needed advise and always maintained contact. Courtney is very positive and professional and I would recommend her to any home buyers.
If you are looking for someone that follows the same strategy as every other agent out there then Rochelle is not the agent for you. She is aggressive (in a good way) and committed to getting the highest possible price for the seller. She will give you honest advice on maximising the sale price for your property and that might mean having it staged and doing some minor renovations. Do what she says. She knows what she is talking about! She has a no BS approach that I really appreciate. She consistently gets excellent results for sellers. Rochelle is a pleasure to deal with, she is organised and proactive. I highly recommend her for sellers in the Mitchelton area and surrounds.
