From the first time that we met Rochelle, we knew that she had our best interests at heart. Rochelle was compassionate, reliable, dedicated and fierce in her work. We loved the fact that we could share a cup of tea and have a laugh along the way and she really has become a friend. Communication between the team was always first class and we are very happy with all dealings along the way. Even when our first contract fell through, we received a welfare visit from Rochelle to reassure us that she was still full of hope and had plenty of fight left in her, to get us the best result. This really helped us at a time where we were starting to feel deflated about the process. Together with Isabelle and the Team, we felt that our sales journey would not have been nearly as successful without Rochelle steering the ship!
