Rochelle worked very hard at the sale which took quite some time as it was tenanted which made the sale more difficult. Rochelle made suggestions to prepare the flat to get the best possible price. She was always available for private inspections other than scheduled inspection times, and then was always in touch to report back the outcome of these inspections.
