When I approached Rocky I was attracted by the fixed commission of the Upside. Before that I contacted different agents and the appraisals were somewhat similiar. Through consultation with Rocky, he did not rest on the price but focus on the process on how to help me achieve the best possible price. He was very honest and straightforward, meanwhile he showed sincere and genuine interest in real estate with passion. Late night 11pm he was explaining the difference between auction and private treaty and what would be the possible outcome for using auction v.s private sale. It was never regretful using Rocky was tirelessly contacting all possible buyers and keep me updated, and he eventually put a deal that was about $80,000 higher than my expectation! I never expected Upside with lower fixed fee could help me achieve the premium result from the market. For anyone who wants to sell property, Rocky is absolutely most trustworth agent you can deal with!

Property finally settled. A big thank you to Rocky who really cared about us along the way. He followed up many times and each time Rocky was always patient to answer many of our questions. Also he was quite honest and transparent to give all the information that the buyer is supposed to know. Not many agents give survey plan, title searches, flood report, etc to the buyer to assist with the buyer's decision. Rocky's friendly approach and his consistency really stands out from others and made us feel closed. We love to deal with Rocky for his professionalism and patience.
