Great transaction experience with Rocky and Upside

Rocky provided great service during the whole sales journey. He was so nice to explain every step of the transaction and help me to communicate with sellers to negotiate various terms and conditions. Rocky was really down-to-earth and he was so nice and slow to make sure we understand everything. He took all the stress and let us feel very comfortable to deal with.
