Property finally settled. A big thank you to Rocky who really cared about us along the way. He followed up many times and each time Rocky was always patient to answer many of our questions. Also he was quite honest and transparent to give all the information that the buyer is supposed to know. Not many agents give survey plan, title searches, flood report, etc to the buyer to assist with the buyer's decision.
