Rocky helped the reviewer sell this property

Easy transaction with zero hassle

We approached Rocky front a family member whose unit was sold for a complex record. We contacted Rocky and explained tenants situation. What we loved Rocky's approach is that he didn't do a harsh push for us but conducted a soft way by working off-market. During the process our property manager tried to hold for us and found a buyer who offered good price, but the terms was not in our favour. Rocky proved his skills by putting an offer which is $30000 more and it was cash unconditional offer without even Subject to viewing the property. That really saved much hassle of bothering tenants (since tenants just signed the lease within 2 weeks) Rocky is a multi-skilled agent and very easy going. He was nice and humble but delivered strong result.
