When there were some stressful, unforeseen complications, Rod kept us fully up to date and made the experience as least stressful as possible. Excellent....the whole team at Professionals Lithgow were very impressive.Informed, aware, prompt to respond, quick and accurate replies to queries. I cannot fault the whole organisation. The only reason I have not "5 starred" everything is that some areas were not relevant eg negotiation- I was prepared to pay market price so that was not an issue.
