Right from the initial inspection Rod made the apartment purchase a very smooth process. Nothing was a problem for Rod. He had excellent knowledge of the complex and of the Warners Bay market. When we asked Rod questions regarding the property he always answered in a direct and honest manner. What questions he could not answer (and that was not many) he was very prompt in responding to us with the required information. Even after the purchase had been finalised Rod provided a service to us that could be considered 'above and beyond' what you would normally expect.
