Great Negotiator

Dealing with Rob was great, he had very professional approach and if I was considering selling would give him a run.... as he saw an opportunity to keep negotiating us up and got the vendor a great price. The property we bought was perfect for us and he knew we would pay what it takes and kept pushing. Not sure I want to buy from him again as he was such a good negotiator. Five Stars and a really nice guy. cheers Wayne
