I think Rod had an acceptable understanding of the market. I think he put in a great deal of effort to receive a result. His position was made more difficult because there were the 5 of us as vendors. I think this meant that keeping us all posted and up to date was lacking somewhat and I did not understand why we were not given a written copy of any offer. We did not receive the price we would have liked, but are satisfied with the result. Rod did understand the emotional tie we all had in respect to this sale and was respectful and patient.
