We interviewed agents from 3 different companies in the area when it came time to sell our house. My wife and I just got a good vibe from the very first time that we met Rod and Theresa. They were professional but no too "salesy", and very easy going. During the sale process they did what they said they would, and were in constant communication. They didn't sugar coat anything which we both really appreciated. They were also happy to listen to us and weren't pushy when it came to making decisions on how to proceed when Plan A didn't work. Hopefully we don't need to sell any time soon, but I would certainly use these guys again, and recommend them to friends and family.
After making the poor decision in not working with Rod and Theresa from the get-go, Rod contacted us after being on the market for a number of unsuccessful months, with another agent, to see if there was anything he could help us with. Some elements completely out of the control of the agents made the purchase of this property very difficult, however Rod remained profession throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful and did all in his power to make it a positive experience for us.
