(as an aside-and I realise that this is more to do with real estate agents in general than Kim as a person-we were disappointed that a couple of things were not disclosed to us before settlement as we ourselves went out of our way to ensure the buyers of our old home were aware of any issues that there might be because we are honest people. We accept that this is generally the way that it works in the business of real estate due to the seller wanting obviously the best price possible and we do not reflect this onto the agent we dealt with in any way.)
