Rod has been a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional & his knowledge of marketing was outstanding. We felt comfortable & trusted his experience throughout our campaign. Rod is highly committed to his work & always ready to give feedback. We thank Rod for his support, hard working ethics expertise & patience. Highly recommended as a dynamic agent & auctioneer.
Thank you Rod for the sale at auction of our Seacombe Gardens investment. Your professional approach and dedication to meet your clients requirements is impeccable. Would gladly recommend Rod and the Ray White Glenelg team to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Especially when you're from the country and require that extra attention.
Rod's professional and straight forward approach in explaining the best marketing avenues for selling our home was how a decision was made to market it through him . And as he discussed, we were able to achieve a higher sale price than we had anticipated . Definitely no hesitation in recommending him and his team.
Rod was great to deal with, a good communicator who was a pleasure to deal with.
From the moment we met Rod we knew that he was the best person to sell our property. He was down to earth, easy to talk to, professional and very knowledgeable of the local area and market. He listened to us, answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. His focus was on us and he was always available to answer our question and to respond to our communications. We would highly recommend Rod to anyone looking for an outstanding agent.
Rod was a Fantastic agent with an incredible amount of knowledge of the area and target demographic. Super friendly and down to earth easy to get along with
We were so impressed with Rod’s passion, knowledge and drive we decided to put our 2nd property on the market at the same time. Rod communicated throughout the whole process and we were impressed with his commitment to get the best outcome for our properties. Rod is a fantastic agent and would highly recommend!
Rod’s communication was incredible throughout the entire campaign, keeping me informed of every step and progress. I was constantly kept in the loop which I’ve really appreciated and not taken for granted. From having Rod sell my home, I noticed he was never too busy for anyone, on either side of the sale, which is crucial for his relationships in the market. Not only did Rod work around the clock on selling my property, he was always contactable at all times and provided exceptional customer service which made me feel valued and important while making a significant financial decision in selling my property. Rod took initiative to go above the expectations with multiple additional open inspections, private viewings and liaising with third parties such as building inspectors, my builder and potential buyers. His market knowledge and advice, especially around areas such as Glengowrie, is evident and constantly demonstrated. I am extremely pleased with the financial outcome of the sale and look forward to using Rod’s services again in the future should I require any Real Estate needs. I’m confident Rod achieved the best possible price and exhausted all avenues to ensure the property was well marketed and exposed to the appreciate market. I look forward to regularly checking in with Rod and keeping in touch to discuss future options.
Rod is an open and honest Real Estate agent looking to maximize the value of your property through a well-structured and run campaign. We are very happy with the outcome and the effort Rod and his sales team put into selling our house. I would highly recommend Rod when selling your property
It was pleasure working with Rod. He is very efficient and helpful throughout the sale process. Thanks for your help.
It is clearly evident that Rod works very hard to achieve the best result for his vendor. Despite being an unsuccessful bidder at the property Rod auctioned we wanted to express our thanks to him for showing a genuine interest in our plight to find an alternative, and keeping in contact with us until we were finally successful. We were pleasantly surprised and really appreciated the generous gesture. Wishing you all the best for what will no doubt be a long and successful career in real estate Rod!
We cannot speak highly enough of Rod! A 5 star rating is an understatement. If you want an agent who will give you honesty, communication and commitment then look no further. Selling a home is a daunting experience and for it us was no different. We found Rod to be extremely personable and we felt instantly at ease knowing he was acting on our behalf. We appreciated the constant & genuine feedback he provided and the messages checking in on us to ensure we were ok!!!! When our auction day arrived and he started the bidding process - it was just incredible to see how Rod addressed the large crowd. The results far exceeded our expectations with both our experience with Rod and the sale price he achieved for us. Rocket Rod - thank you!!!!
