From the very first time I spoke with Rod he was totally up front with what the owner wanted with her needs and wants so I could tell he was looking after his vendor, I felt very comfortable with Rod just by his tone and his great Aussie accent, I was able to tell he was genuine just while talking to him on the phone, we had never met before but I felt like he was a long time friend, we enitially had a few problems with banks getting the required finance and he continually assured me that he would do everything to help us, which he did, in the end he recommended us a broker who was able to get the loan for us and we settled today.
