Rod was an excellent agent. He was responsive, informative and concise. We had an immensely high maintenance buyer (ther worst I've ever experienced for unreasonable high maintenance demands) and Rod handled them well, with diplomacy and went above and beyond by doing a lot of work himself in his own time which they were demanding. Once their demands crossed the line, he was firm but professional in stating no further work would be conducted as it was outside the scope. Thoroughly recommended.
