When we asked for him to appraise our property for sale, he was quick to help and he prepared an amazingly detailed assessment of our property and the Maleny market overall. His appraisal we felt was optimistic, but he managed to exceed the appraisal and was considerably over the price we had hoped for. Having bought and sold several properties over the years, this was the easiest and most professional process we have had.
