sale of 207 Whitehill Road , Raceview

Charming and down to earth bloke. Rod , I believe , got a fair price and was what I expected and was happy with. His advise and ideas were helpful and I never felt uneasy with Rods approach. Fees and charges were what I expected but I can only assume most Real Estates are the same , once sale has been completed there is a total lack of communication / or thanks after the event. After all , what I got was what I expected and I have no problems with that. Over all , 7.5 out of 10 . But that is just the way it is these days.....
