Disappointing agent to deal with as buyer. Very difficult in getting hold of. It was unclear as to who we were dealing with at agency. We dealt with three other people and know one seemed to communicate with others. We were promised a basket on day of settlement and received wine only. Overall experience was disappointing as we love the house.
