Highly recommend Rodney. Best Real Estate Agent by far that I encountered, sold the property quickly and took good care of all aspects of transactions in a friendly and efficient way. Very angry with Harcourt's West Coast Tasmania fees, they charge up to triple to mainland Real Estate Agents which is an outrage and claim it is dictated by Real Estate Institute of Tasmania. As we are a remote region we have no choice for lack of options and all there are collude to rip people off. However I do not blame it on Rodney as he says the Agencies owner demands these high fees and is not very accommodating.
