I first met Roger at one of his open houses he had on the market, I was very wary due to the bad experiences I'd previously had. My Homebush property had gone on the market 3 times without any success, all while the cost for marketing and legal fees continued to climb in to the thousands. It was a very stressful time over a 3 year period, and I used 2 different agencies. Roger followed me up a few months after I first met him in June 2021, I knew I needed to remain optimistic if I wanted to sell my property so I was open to hearing what Roger had to say. I'm a single full time working mum with 4 year old, and pair those 2 things with a lockdown I didn't have much thinking capacity or brain space to think about the what next, but to my shock and delight Roger had already thought it all through, he was always 10 steps ahead. Today I'm proud to say that we exchanged contracts for our what next, I purchased a Penthouse apartment but that was not without it's challenges either, Roger helped me out with a Broker contact of his which gave me the boost and confidence I needed.
