I've had a lot of dealings with Real Estate agents over the years and there is daylight between Roger Haddad and the rest. He made the whole process so effortless. He even came to see us after hours to wrap it all up. Same day as he showed the property and I imagine others as well. I can't rate Roger highly enough. In my occupation (aviation), we don't give five stars unless we really mean it, and I can't personally remember giving an all five star review for anyone in my career. However, when rating Mr. Haddad's performance I find that the manner in which he handled the different negotiations and the difficulties from our building manager deserved this rating. Property isn't something to be taken risks with, so Mr. Haddad is recommended if you want professionalism and best performance.
