A pleasure to deal with

Although I was a buyer and therefore technically Roger was not my agent but the Vendor's agent, he was a pleasure to deal with. He responded promptly, honestly and without all the usual behaviour often associated with agents. As a lawyer, I've dealt with a lot of agents over thousands of transactions and I found Roger to be highly competent and efficient.
