Roger Loughnan gave us so much extra help after our sale contracts were signed. His excellent communication skills kept us informed, he provided additional after sales service, and he over delivered. Roger Loughnan is excellent Real Estate Agent, but more than that - he is an amazing person. If you get the opportunity to have Roger involved in your property transaction - grasp it.
The agent was helpful in outlining the main features of the property and surrounding area. The agent was prompt with answering questions and finding out associated details from the seller and relaying information to my solicitor.
Roger was wonderful to deal with. Roger is very affable, courteous and pleasant in all interactions and has those abilities of being an attentive listener and excellent in conveying his message in all situations. Roger’s professionalism and knowledge of his industry are superb and were very much to the fore in guiding the sale to a most satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending Roger and his team.
We purchased our land through Roger. From our first meeting he listened to what we wanted and did not waste our time. He, and his partner Monica, were available to show us land till we located the perfect block. They ensured we had access when required till we made our decision. He assisted us through the process of purchasing and patiently answered our questions. Being local is an added bonus, as he is a wealth of information which he gladly passes on. Even after settlement he has continued to be available to answer our queries and provide local advice Roger is approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, professional and local. We would highly recommend him.
Roger and his team were kind and helpful to a first home buyer.
We were searching for a new home in a new state and understood the process could be fraught with problems. Fortunately we found the ideal home and the agent representing the house was utterly professional and efficient making the entire process stress free. Roger, from Roger Loughnan Real Estate in Mapleton managed both the sellers and us as the buyers with personalised care and constantly displayed his professional expertise. Roger is a man of integrity who understands the property market and the needs of both buyers and vendors. We would highly recommend Roger if either looking to buy or sell in the Hinterland. Thank you Roger for your wonderful service.
Roger and his professional team achieved an excellent result in selling our elderly Mother's property at Flaxton. Roger's open communication kept the family informed and up to date on the sale progress. An excellent result. I highly recommend the services of Roger and his team at Roger Loughnan Real Estate.
Roger and Monica gave excellent advice. Their quiet confidence and obvious knowledge of the market was very reassuring and helpful throughout the process. Great result. Couldn't have hoped for better service, help or advice.
I have known Roger for a long while, and what had always impressed me was his quiet integrity, that I knew underpinned his whole professional approach in his agency. Knowing a little of The Jenman System that Roger Loughnan Real Estate Agency has as a guiding principle around which they operate, you can count on honesty, professionalism and integrity when you engage them as your agent. It was a refreshing experience to have an agent and agency NOT pull tricks and smart moves that so many do. He has stood the test of time in a small community and that ought be a significant factor in persuading any seller to list with RLRE.
Roger and Monica and the rest of their team are brilliant to do business with. Roger is a Down To Earth country gentleman that tells it straight to his clients. He was referred to us by Mr Fudgy (no one knows his real name - he’s a mysterious fellow) and Roger’s crew also sold my Aunty’s property just now. I appreciate the honesty and responsiveness of every member at Roger Loughnan Real Estate. Cheers team from Pup 🐶 and Jen Jen.
Roger and his team were a great help in purchasing our block of land. Communication through them to the vendor was quick and no fuss. Once we had a signed contract Roger and his team helped us sort out all the particulars in a timely fashion to ensure settlement was on time. We are very happy customers!
