Roger McLeod I have 28 years’ experience selling real estate in the Tweed Shire. I have covered all facets of the industry over my long career and I bring a wealth of knowledge to both vendors’ and purchasers’. I have been married for over 30 years to Nevelle (Belle) and we have four adult children. My Real Estate Journey In 1989 I made the decision to leave the cold of Wollongong behind and move with my young family to Hastings Point. At 27 years of age and with a new career change on the agenda, I door knocked real estate business’s to ask for an opportunity to work in the industry. Murwillumbah ‘Professionals’ decided that my youthful energy, and previous work /life experiences would suit their business and I was employed as a Sales Agent. I worked for the next 5 years at both the Murwillumbah and Kingscliff ‘Professionals’ offices. During this time I attended Tafe for three years and became a Licenced Real Estate agent, stock & station agent & Auctioneer. Real estate happily was a natural fit for me and by 1994 the entrepreneur in me was being awakened. I envisioned the potential growth of Pottsville from a sleepy seaside village to something much more. Therefore in 1994, I opened the Professionals Pottsville Beach office with my wife Belle and my former business partner Jeff Smith. We started from scratch, even down to physically building our own shop in the front yard of one of the old main street cottages. We stayed at the original site for a few years but as we were rapidly growing we decided to take two shops at the newly built Rundles’ corner site and this is where we are still located today. We have a large multi-faceted office, thriving as the ‘Sales Specialists’ of the local area and we are complimented by The Rent Shop, Property Management and Maintenance. I take pride in delivering a real estate experience that may be different to other agencies, offering a unique business model of being a purely family owned and operated agency. I enjoy working alongside my wife Belle, daughter Katie and son-in-law to be Shannon, in our open plan office space and I believe that our office environment is very welcoming. I am nostalgic when I look back on my history of selling in our local area. Along the way I have created so much, employed great people and amassed many friends. It has never been hard to sell Pottsville/ Tweed Coast to the newcomers to the area. I speak from my own experience of living the lifestyle here whilst my family was growing, and I generally want to see others do the same, or to enjoy that next step heading into retirement at Pottsville or on the Tweed Coast. Personally I still get a buzz from selling real estate and enjoy the nature of the business which is effectively putting people and property together.

Experienced And knowledgeable agent

Truly professional

I have dealt with every member of the team at The Professionals Pottsville Beach and not only do they live up to the name, they are a pleasure to work with. Great Agent with integrity

Roger is an agent that is very knowledgeable on the local area. He is a man of high integrity that stands by his business ethics. An agent that is easy to talk to, not pushy and someone who goes above and beyond to ensure purchasers get the best value for money whilst at the sane time looking after the sellers wishes.

SIMPLY THE BEST

We have known Roger for nearly 20 years. We bought our first block of land in Pottsville through him almost 20 years ago and have bought and sold land in the Pottsville area through him. We find his knowledge of the market exceptional. We have found him to be very patient, focussing on the long game. We trust him implicitly. Sale of Property
