Roger and the team not only walked me through every step. But also gave excellent and precise advice as to what needed a spruce up. Needless to say the team over performed and got me way over the reserve. The photo and video campaign was extremely professional and very high quality. I’m a professional content producer myself, so I value quality content A LOT. The team were able to come up with a clever little marketing campaign, which I do believe attracted the exact demographic we were looking for. And the result spoke for itself. The entire campaign took about two months from the start, to the mini renovation, and finally the auction. Even though I realise I wasn’t their only client, my experience felt very personal. The entire team kept me up to date with constant updates. The auction was meant to be live on the premises. But due to covid the team had to quickly switch it to an online auction. Nothing they can’t handle. Roger will tell you exactly how it is. No sugar coating and pissing in your pocket. I appreciate this honesty almost above all else. Honest and fair throughout.
