I had always rated real estate salespeople similar to car sales people, dodgy and not very trustworthy and just out to make a fast buck. My opinion changed as soon as I met Roger ... he was sincere, well informed of other sales in our area and put absolutely no pressure on us whatsoever. As a result, we left everything in Roger's capable hands and followed his advice to the letter which meant we sold within a week. This negated the need for more advertising, no board in front of our house and he gave us the option of choosing what commission we should pay based on his efforts, all of which meant dollar savings for us. Could not think of anyone better to put in charge of selling your house. He continually communicated with us the outcome of our open house days (there were only 2 needed) and offers which had been put forward by prospective buyers. Super agent.
